I have a diverse background with over 15 years in consulting, management, and music, and a track record of adapting and achieving in challenging environments. Having completed my MBA on the Full-time course at Melbourne Business School in 2017 I entered consulting, initially with Strategic Project Partners, before joining Grant Thornton Australia in 2019. In 2024 I became Head of Transformation for David Jones, leading large teams across multiple major programs from Supply Chain through to Omnichannel.
After a degree in Economic History I worked in consulting with Newchurch Ltd specialising in healthcare, before a career in the UK and Europe as a freelance opera singer. In 2015 I chose to pursue a career in business, starting as General Manager of the acclaimed Architectural Salvage and Reclamation company, Retrouvius, and subsequently by completing my MBA as a Full-time student at MBS.
Having worked in varied industries and roles, I am able to bring a diversity of thought and unique perspective to the challenges of transformation. As a freelance opera singer I learnt the value of being able to communicate complex ideas in simple and direct ways. This has enabled me to draw deeper insights and offer more impactful solutions to the complex problems these programs present, and to do so in creative and innovative ways.
